Track Your Order
Your tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation email we send as soon as your order leaves for delivery. Click the tracking link in that email to see live updates from the carrier.
How to track
- Find your shipping confirmation email from Vellarta (check your spam or promotions folder too).
- Click the tracking link, or copy your tracking number.
- Enter the number on the carrier's website: USPS, UPS or FedEx.
You can also view your order status by signing in to your account.
Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard Shipping transit time is 6–12 business days, with an estimated total delivery time of 7–14 business days. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, or your parcel seems stuck, email support@vellarta.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
