Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship to addresses across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping is free on all US orders, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard Shipping transit time is 6–12 business days, so estimated total delivery is 7–14 business days from the date you order. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email support@vellarta.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will update or cancel it with a full refund.

Discounts

How does the quantity discount work?

Add 2 items to your cart and get 10% off. Add 3 or more items and get 20% off. Items can be different products from anywhere in the store. The discount is applied automatically in your cart and at checkout, with no code needed.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Email us first to receive a Return Authorization. See our Refund Policy.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return cost and send a replacement or full refund.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take 3–10 business days to show it.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email support@vellarta.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and the digital wallets shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely and encrypted. See our Payment Policy.

Is it safe to order from your website?

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify with SSL encryption, and we never see or store your full card details.

How do I choose the right size?

Sizing details are listed on each product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us and we will help you choose.

Do the colors look exactly like the photos?

Product photos are shown as accurately as possible, but screens display colors differently, so shades may vary slightly.
